Both lesions (A, B) were classic FNH showing a nodular hyperplastic parenchyma with
a typical central fibrous scar, containing a proliferation of small bile ducts, irregular
tortuous arteries with thickened walls, veins and capillaries. A discrete inflammatory infiltrate filled the fibrous septa surrounding the hepatocytic
nodules.
